🥕 Lunch: Wholemeal Pitta, Low fat hummus, M&S onion ring crips, cucumber & carrot sticks.
☕️ – Another coffee (ops) and a 8km walk with amz.happy.place 🌿
🍊 – 2 oranges for a snack.
🍖 Dinner: Highlight of the day. Honey roasted gammon, red cabbage, carrots, broccoli, roasted potatoes, stuffing and gravy.
🫐 Pudding: Blueberry muffin jelly!
