💫 Better late than never, right? 😅 Life has been busy today and I didn’t get a chance to post!
I’ve had a brilliant food day today, I’ve enjoyed every meal I’ve eaten & it’s left me feeling completely satisfied which is just the BEST! 🙌🏻
💫 My ‘mini goal’ for this week is to up my protein intake, so for breakfast this morning I had:
– protein bagel
– 2 poached eggs
– spring onion
– 2 mini hash brown waffles

🌸 Protein 23.8g
