Chicken Pot Pie Soup – We’ve been experiencing much rainfall recently, so I decided a bowl of comforting soup was much needed. Made a lighter and soupier version of the typically stodgy and cream-laden chicken pot pie. It’s weird that restaurants simply don’t sell such homestyle foods outside so I guess it’s up to my own hands haha. Baked a quick savoury muffin/biscuit to go with it to stand in for the usual pastry lid. Just food for the soul mmm…
