🥘 If you haven’t already made the slimming world chilli con carne then do that first! I had some left over so it made this process super quick!
🍟 First make your slimming world style chips.
Chop your potatoes, bring them to the boil (roughly 5 mins), drain them, season them (I use spicentice chips and wedges – discount code in bio!). Spray them in frylighthq and pop them into the oven/airfryer for 20 ish mins! 👩🏼🍳
✨Then, you can assemble!
Pop the chilli into an oven proof dish, add the chips & top with cheese! Place under the grill until the cheese makes you feel good inside! 🧀 🤤 😍
