I can’t get enough of this breakfast at the moment! 😍🍧
🤍 490 calories & 22g of protein🤍
~ 40g oats
~ 12g chia seeds
~ 200ml chocolate soya milk
~ 100g fage 0% fat yoghurt
~ 10g M&S salted caramel spread
~ strawberries & raspberries
I mix the oats & chia seeds with the soya milk & put it into the microwave for 2 mins (stirring every minute). I would add protein powder too but I ran out yesterday. Then I add the yoghurt and mix it together. Place it into the fridge overnight & add your toppings in the morning! So thick & creamy 😍🤍
