– frozen blueberries
– 4 squares of dark chocolate
– myproteinuk chocolate drops
– tsp sweetener.
– 100ml oat milk
– 50ml water
🍓 Not only is this breakfast filling & perfect for weight loss, it is also packed with antioxidants (the chocolate & berries) which serves many health benefits to our bodies. I am no nutritionist what so ever but I am trying to educate myself a little more in nutrition rather than purely focusing on ‘weight loss’. Something easy to remember that I have learnt is; look at your plate, are there lots of bright colours? If there are then you are eating enough antioxidants. If you see too much beige & you need to up your colourful game a lil! 🌈
