Sorry I’ve been so MIA recently, teaching has taken over & I’ve been busy busy busy, settling into my new role and living the weekends!! 👩🏼🏫
Although settling into a new routine takes a bit of getting used too, I am getting there & I am so proud of myself because for the first time in YEARS I have not been tracking my food!
I have been eating what I recognise, and what I know as a healthy balance. I have given myself the trust, and power to understand what makes a healthy diet and i’m rolling with it BBY!
To get to this point is amazing for me! I still want to shift another stone but if I can manage that with this mindset I will be SO HAPPY!
I can’t believe I started with slimming world, eventually moved to calorie counting and now I am finally at this point where I am just able to trust my mindset! Obviously I will have wobbles, but we acknowledge that and pick ourselves back up again! I wouldn’t change any of my weight loss journey because it’s finally got me to the mindset I want and bloody well deserve! 🤍🌿
Ps – dinner is half a roasted butternut squash with a chickpea tomato ‘curry’ I whipped up, served on a bed of spinach.
