Finally made that Gotcha Pork Roast for challenge – Referenced the method but baked in a glass oval dish initially for better shape! Had to give up super crispy bacon because it was starting to shrink and the whole think would unravel haha. But tbh tastewise… its just bacon and mash 😅😅. Still a pretty fun thing to make, i get to engage in anime role-playing after all.
