☀️• GOOD MORNING • ☀️
✨ Tomorrow marks the day of a new routine so I am going to do the classic ‘new start’ and try to sort out my eating habits which have slowly spiralled into old (bad) eating habits. Enough is enough. 🙅🏼♀️
✨ To help me set off in the best possible way I have organised my breakfasts & lunches for the week ahead to keep me on track! 💪🏼
🌿 2 breakfasts: alpro yog with berries.
🌿 2 breakfasts: carrot cake overnight oats.
🌿 Lunches: Left over chickpea and sweet potato curry on a bed of spinach with extra tomatoes and pepper. Also a small bowl of berries and grapes.
✨ In all honesty, over the past few weeks I feel like I’ve lacked consistency & self control. Although I’ve not gained a lot of weight I feel “UGH”. When I’m ‘on it’ it feels like the EASIEST thing in the world and I feel so GREAT but as soon as I lose that control (evening binges) I find it SOOOOO challenging to get that control back again but enough is enough. I hate feeling this sluggish and bloated. 🤜🏻
✨ I’m going to be using this page to keep me accountable & I am going to be completely transparent with you all, starting from today. I’ve done it before I can do it again, it’s all about my mindset. SO, LETS DO THIS!
