This was exactly what I needed this evening after 3 days of indulging in rich & oily foods. I have managed to eat well today (bar the cake slice) and that was because last night I got such bad tummy cramps from eating & drinking – to the point where I was actually in a lot of discomfort ☹️ 👎🏼 It was like my tummy was asking for no more alcohol, some veggies and oil free foods again – I just can’t hack it like I use to be able too!

The recipe: ⬇️⭐️
1. Cook your pasta in boiling water.
2. Chop up your vegetables (any) and put them on a tray, spray them with fry light & season.
3. In a separate pan for the tomato sauce, fry off some chopped onion & garlic. Add in 1 tin of chopped tomato, 2 tbsp tomato purée, 1 tsp basil and oregano and 250ml of vegetable stock. Take it off the heat and add in 3 tbsp of natural fat free yoghurt.
4. Combine all of the ingredients & serve with Parmesan (HEXA) and black pepper!
