Osmanthus Jelly – A simple make ahead dessert for busy persons! Making this at home costs less than half the amount most restaurants sell it at! Plus, I got to customize it like adding fruits heh. Ingredients are p simple:
– Konnyaku pack
– 1 L water (usually)
– 70g granulated sugar or sub
– 80g honey rock sugar
– 10-12 g osmanthus
– goji berries etc to taste

The exact liquid ratio and method would be on the konnyaku pack itself. What they dont tell you, however, is to mix up the konnyaku with the granulated sugar beforehand, and to add to boiling water gradually while whisking! This prevents clumps.
