~ Baked oats, I have missed you. 499 calories. ~
π€ Ingredients:
– 40g oats
– 50ml milk
– 50ml water
– tsp sweetener
– 25g protein powder
– tsp baking powder
– 1 banana
π€ Method:
– Pop all of the ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth. Place in an oven proof dish and cook for around 25-30 mins on 190 degrees! (Until brown on top!)
π€ To decorate:
– 10g smooth peanut butter
– half a banana
– white chocolate stars
