This was delicious, I can’t believe I’ve not tried it! 👌🏻 I began by pocketing the chicken breast & stuffing it with 50% less fat cheese. Then I seasoned the chicken breast with Italian herbs and sprayed it with frylight. After 25 mins, I added the tomato purée & chopped peperami (1.5 syns) and cooked for a further 10 mins! Served with a big & classic side salad! 🥗
