Pumpkin Pie – It’s International 🥧 Day (coz its 3.14)! March isnt quite the month for autumnal flavours but pumpkin pie is soo good and Libbys makes it viable all year round lol. Followed joannebchang ‘s recipe which called for replacing sugar with maple syrup for a healthier take. Freshly grinded the pumpkin spice to make it more fragrant (really makes a diff). Topped it with soft whipped cream, which i folded greek yogurt into, to serve.
