Day 10: Crispy Fried Shrimp with Tamarind sauce 🌙
🌟Ingredients and directions:
20 large shrimps
1 cup flour
1 cup cornflour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp black pepper
1tsp paprika
Mix well.
Add two egg yolks
2.5 cup cold water
Mix it well
In another bowl take 1.5 cup of flour.
Dip the shrimp in flour then on the batter and then fry until golden brown.
🌟For the tamarind sauce:
200g tamarind pulp
1 cup water
1.5 teaspoons red chili powder
1.5 teaspoons jeera (cumin) powder
2 3 crushed dried red chili
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients and keep on heat until the water reduces to half, then cool.
