Here’s to our first Ramadan Series on our page! 💖🌙 We hope everyone a blessed Ramadan! 😌

Ramadan Series: Day 1🌙
Presenting our most favourite meal, Lasagna! During this holy month, iftar is a time we look forward to as various meals and refreshing drinks are served. Here’s our popular lasagna recipe-

🌟 Ingredients:
2 cups pasta
2-3 tsp black pepper
2 tomatoes
½ carrot
½ green bell pepper
3-4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp (or more) hot sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp red chilli powder
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 ½ cup milk

🌟 Directions (red sauce):
• Blend 2tomatoes, 1/2 carrot and capsicum
• Pour mixture into a pan on medium heat, put butter, salt, sugar  (accordingly), 1/2tsp ground pepper, 1 tsp pred chilli, hot sauce, ketchup and stir.
• Simmer for 10 minutes.

🌟 Directions (white sauce):
• Heat 1/2 cup butter and oil in another pan.
• Add the flour and whisk until a paste forms.
• Gradually add milk while stirring and bring to a boil.
• Add salt & pepper to taste then remove when the sauce reaches a thick consistency.

Take cooked pasta in your serving plate then top with the red sauce, then white sauce and serve. 💕

(You can use lasagna sheets or pasta as you like. For lasagna sheets, use 3 per layers)
