🧘🏼♀️Day 2 back on plan: I started my morning with a 25 minute yoga stretch to wake up my muscles because I’ve been feeling SO achy from barley moving! I’m aiming to get out on another walk today too!
🫐 That was ed by this bowl of goodness:
– 30g oats (there are oats under all of that food!)
– 1 tbsp chia
– 5g granola
– myproteinuk white choc drops
– berries
– kiwi
– 1 tbsp honey
☕️ Obviously, this was washed down with a warm mug of coffee! 😍 I can’t believe it’s Thursday already… what a weird half term it has been 😅
