For breakfast I had overnight oats with chia seeds & honey (5.5 syns plus HEXB and part HEXA for milk).

For lunch I have had a quick and filling omelette on my lunch break, literally took under 5 mins to make & its perfect for these colder days.🍳 ❄️
Filled with mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes and served with a side salad of spinach, cucumber and peppers. It was my first time trying this new vinaigrette and it was great, got mine from waitroseandpartners !
