Salmon Grapefruit Salad – Saw a very pretty golden grapefruit at the market, and decided to make a salad with it. Today’s quick lunch is thus a poke salad using grapefruut segments, random veg and fresh salmon. But my fish wasnt sashimi grade so i cooked it sous vide but at the lowest recommended temp setting to maintain a firmer texture. The dressing is spicy sesame – really easy, I just combined premade sesame dressing with my fav chili sauce Linghams, grated garlic, some of the grapefruit juice and seasoned to taste ☺️
