Salted Egg Crayfish – Tried to freestyle a dish by using zichar salted egg sauce (ok even then, totally did not measure anything); but cooked the slipper lobster/crayfish by broiling instead of stir frying to save on some clean up! Should have seasoned the crayfish themselves more heavily, but otherwise my method of making the sauce turned out pretty fine haha. Sidenote: these boys were pretty cheap at the wet market so i thought i got a good deal but … the actual meat yield is so sad 😞
