I am WFH this week so thought I’d whip up a cooked & warming lunch during my break. 🍴
This lunch is syn free & a great way to add in that speed to help get the best losses!🥗

I blended a together a handful of spinach, 2 eggs & seasonings. Then I pan fried it like an omelette. Meanwhile, I fried off some mushrooms, chopped up some carrots & grilled some unsmoked bacon (fat removed). I popped it all together & added in 1 syns worth of ketchup!
