I think this has been one of the most active weekends of my life 😅 💪🏼….Cue the rest days… they are needed 🙏🏻

This afternoon B & I went on a 13 mile bike ride. 🚲 This weekends been full of impulsive decisions.. so we decided to go up the steepest hill in my area (fricking killer – we walked it..but even pulling my bike up it was SO tough, luckily b came to the rescue and helped me!) 😂 👏🏻

For lunch, rather than getting a high syn meal deal, I opted for a sub salad which I’ve not had in ages.. I forgot how tasty they are 🥗😍 I had plain chicken with lots of speedy salad, a few olives (1.5 syns) & sweet chili sauce (2.5 syns).

Now to have a long soak before a minty lamb roast! Hope you’ve all had a good lockdown weekend! ⛅️ 😍🍖🥔
