Tender Sliced Bak Kwa – Yes, it’s that time of the year again when glistening pieces of pork jerky are savoured. Swipe for ‘cooking’ tip: Since bak kwa should be stored in the refrigerator for maximum shelf life, you may want to reheat them when your guests (not more than 5 pax 😅) arrive. I have always sworn by moist reheating methods and my not-so-accurate test today kinda confirms it 😂.
(I must add that the Fragrance Tender Sliced Bak Kwa i tested on still tasted pretty good regardless of method…)
