Missing my favourite gigglingsquid SO MUCH, so I thought I’d attempt my own Thai curry! 🍚🍜
It was my first attempt & I can say it was a success, although I would definitely add more spice to it next time as it was missing some heat! 🌶

I worked it out at 5 syns per portion for the coconut milk & for the paste, which I think is really good! The curry was full of vegetable goodness – pepper, garlic, sugar snaps, pak choi and I served it with sticky rice & a lime!💚🌿✨
