• Turkey Burger & Fries • 🍔 🍟
✨Slimming World: 2.5 syns & HEXA.
I went for 2% turkey mince to make a change from beef mince and I chose to serve it with lettuce rather than a bun! 🥬 🍅🥒 I added spices, grated garlic, onion & an egg to the mince and then made them into patty shapes. I cooked them on a hot frylighted pan & once they were done I added a slice of burger cheese (HEXA), cucumber slice, tomato slice lettuce & a gherkin. I topped it with some chunky onion chutney (1 syn).
I made the chunky slaw by grating a carrot, chopping a red cabbage and a red onion. Then, I added some lemon, salt, pepper & lighter than light Mayo!
I made slimming world chips using spicentice chips & wedges seasoning & boiled a plain corn on the cob 🌽🤍

I don’t think I’ve ever tried turkey burgers Izzie 🙈 but I need to now after seeing this! 👏😍
