🤍 Like yesterday, I have gone over my calories today but I am trying to get into a new mindset where I focus less on being ‘strict’ with food on the weekend. Not that I need to justify this either, but I have done SO much walking & exercising this weekend, more than usual! Its been such a fun weekend! I have just finished prepping lunches and breakfast for the next few days so I feel ready to smash this week! Have a good week everyone! 🤍
