☕️ A lazy start to the Saturday: 165 calories.
Latte, 1 Biscoff cream & 1 Biscoff original biscuit.
🏋🏼♀️ HIT workout with fitness_withhannah
🥯 Breakfast: 329 calories.
Protein bagel with 1 tbsp of Nutella, half a banana and melon.
👣 A long and sunny walk with Barney!
☕️ Coffee: 150 calories
Medium Costa oat late with sugar free caramel syrup (my go too, it’s so much creamier!)
🍚 Lunch: 346 calories.
M&S katsu chicken dragon rolls with smokey popped potato chips before walking back!
🥤 Snack: Carrot & Pepsi max always. 💗
🥩 Dinner: 608 calories.
Steak with garlic butter, mushrooms, red onion, home-made chips & salad. SO GOOD 😍
🍰 Pudding: Roughly 200 calories.
Yet to be made (waiting until I’m hungry as I’ve only just finished dinner). I will be having a mug cake but I am unsure on the toppings yet!
🤍 I have gone over my calories today but I am so fine with that & I now understand that I don’t need to justify that either. This mindset that I have recently developed is so much healthier & I am truly loving it! Here’s to a happy & relaxing Saturday night🤍
