🌼 As some of you know I have opted to calorie count on the weekends so here we have a yummy day of eating GOOD food but still remaining within a calorie deficit! 👌🏻😋
🥯 Breakfast – Thin bagel with 2 scrambled eggs & 2 hash-brown potato waffles.
💫 343 calories.
🐔 Lunch – the BEST lunch & my first takeaway this year. I had the sunset burger (oh my 🤤 🍔) with tender stem broccoli and a mixed leaf salad.
💫 686 calories.
👣 This was ed by a long stroll!
🍝 Dinner – spag bowl left overs. I made tortilla shells out of lettuce and popped the bolognese inside & topped with spring onion & parmesan cheese! Served with a chunky salad of veg!
💫 327 calories.
☕️ I’ve also had 2 coffees, 2 biscoff biscuits & I still have some extra calories to play with this evening for something sweet! YUMMY
