• What I Ate Today • 🤍💛
🤍 Breakfast: coffee & bacon seeded bagel with ketchup.
~ Steps ~ 👣
💛 Lunch: Prawn cocktail salad using a whole tub of prawns, ed by a salted caramel protein bar & Pepsi max.
🤍 Snack: Oat latte & chopped carrots.
~ HITT workout ~ 🏋🏼♀️
💛 Dinner: Variety (and a lot) of veg cooked in goats cheese (looks weird but tastes the dream if you enjoy goats cheese) served with rice.
🤍 Pudding: Yog bowl, 200g of fage 0% fat yoghurt, with white chocmyprotein drops, frozen berries, 3 peanut butter pretzels, 1 Oreo thin crushed up and 15g of Nutella.
‼️ FYI everyday is different for me food wise, this is just my today (during my summer holidays) and I thought I’d share it for fun! Super happy with my protein intake today!
