Eating all of this & still remaining in a calorie deficit – weight loss isn’t all about salad leaves, you can be adventurous! 😋 I hope you enjoy!

🍌 Breakfast: Nutella & banana bagel with strawbs

☕️ ~ Coffee stop // Oat latte ~

🍳 Lunch: 2 egg Cheese & Onion omelette with spinach & some snackajacks.
(307 calories)

🥩 Dinner: Matured beef steak, chips, spinach, onion, mushrooms, baby-corn & creamy peppercorn sauce.
(623 calories)

🍉 Desert: No added sugar jelly surprise using low fat squirty cream, sprinkles, watermelon slice & a strawberry.
(118 calories)

🌞 I’ve also had lots of water, coffee, grapes as a snack & some sugar free pink lemonade! 🥤What a beautiful day it has been. I managed an early morning 5k run as well as a 2 hour walk with summerlou_fit this afternoon! The sunshine is such a mood changer! 🌞 👣

🌼Today’s been a good day, let’s hope I can stay away from the kitchen for the rest of the evening! 🐷
