☕️ Join me for a day of eating GOOD FOOD!
My first day of CC after a few days of indulging, eating anything & everything! I always find today & tomorrow the hardest, trying to get back into a routine! It’s so important to remember to feed ya body even when you feel like you’ve binged. As you can see, I have eaten lots today but I am still in a calorie deficit! 🙌🏻💁🏼♀️
🤍Breakfast: 3 slices of Milk Roll with peanut butter, honey, banana and a caramel latte.
🌿Snacks: A salted caramel protein bar & coffee before a very long walk with amz.happy.place
🤍 Lunch: King prawn & avo sushi.
🌿 Snacks: Orange & Pepsi max.
🤍Dinner: Five guys fake-away chicken brioche burger with burger relish, fried onions, cheese, lettuce, ketchup, tomato & a gherkin. Served with 3 onion rings, home-made chips & a crunchy salad.
🌿 Pudding: some alpro coconut yoghurt with berries.
🤍 (if I fancy it later on this evening, an options hot chocolate!)
