This is why I love this food plan! 😍
Personally, I don’t think any of this food looks like a ‘diet’! It’s yummy, looks good & HEALTHY! I remember the days when I thought to loose weight you had to eat salad all day everyday… how wrong was I…. 🙅🏼‍♀️

Obviously I ate other snacks in between (fruit/veg) & had drinks too (coffees, Pepsi max & squash!) but these are my main 3 meals of the day…⬇️

🌟 BREAKFAST – banana split, with natural fat free yoghurt, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, mango, 1 tsp of seeds (1.5 syns) and a drizzle of honey (1.5 syns). It was DELICIOUS! 🍌 🫐 🍓

🌟 LUNCH – ww wrap with light mayo (2 syns), wafer chicken, lettuce, tomato and cucumber. I had extra cucumber, tomatoes and carrot sticks on the side for speed! 🍅 🥒 🥯

🌟 DINNER – Prawn & chicken stir-fry with loads of veg & wholegrain noodles. Mixed with reduced sugar sweet chili sauce (2 syns) 🌶
