🥜 Breakfast: Peanut butter & white chocolate baked oats & a coffee.

🍪 Snack: Homemade chocolate chip oat bite & coffee.

🥧 Lunch: Left over chicken & leek pie from the night before.

🍫 Snack: Protein bar & latte.

🍕 Dinner: StoneBaked Pizza with extra veggies added & a salad.

🍨 Desert: Chocolate rice cake & a cuppa!

Ending my day in a calorie deficit, feeling satisfied & having hit my protein goal! 👏🏻
