I thought that I would share with you all the kinds of DELICIOUS food I eat in a day that I still manage to loose weigh on! To loose weight you don’t have to eat salad and plain chicken everyday….It’s not about being restrictive, it’s about making healthy choices and picking the healthier alternative! 🍌 I have felt full up after each meal & it’s given me the energy I needed for the day both mentally and physically! ☀️ 🙌🏻

🍴Dinner – Cheeseburger Wrap (HEXB & A) with slimming world chips & salad, inspired by gemmab.slimming 🍔 I added 1 tbsp ketchup (1 syn) & seasoned it with the spicentice burger sachet (20% off code- IZZIE)

🍴Lunch – jacket potato with paprika chicken, bacon and sweetcorn Mayo (4 syns) served with a salad 🥗
.
🍴Snack – fage 0% fat yoghurt with myproteinuk raspberry drops , strawberries, blueberries and pineapple 🍍 🍓 🫐

🍴Breakfast – scrambled egg, 2 bacon rashers, mushroom, spinach and beans 🍳 🥓

🍴Coffee – 3.5 syns made with a small amount of milk (HEXA) and water. ☕️

I also had a nectarine, another coffee (HEXA) and I will be having a snack this evening as I still have 5 syns to use up – I always use up my syns when the weekend comes 😎👌🏻
