🍴 • WHAT I EAT IN A DAY – WEEKDAY • 🍴

I thought I would share with you all what I ate today! ❄️✨
I didn’t post a photo of the 2 cups of coffee I had at work (HEXA) & the apple & carrots that I ate, but this is the main meals I’ve had!🍴⬇️ ☕️

✨ BREAKFAST – Overnight oats:
40g oats, chia seeds (3 syns), berries, banana, honey (2 syns) and 1/2 milk allowance (HEXA).
.
✨ LUNCH – Homemade soup:
Butternut squash, carrot & sweet potato soup with onion & garlic. Obviously I had carrot sticks too (weirdly obsessed) 🥕
.
✨ SNACK – Pineapple:
It’s free, quick, easy & filling! Next time I will try to choose a speedy fruit instead, such as melon! 🍉

✨ WALK – Moving is important:
I always try to get my steps in and socialise (responsibly) with one friend on a walk. Today, she bought me a chocolate late from her velvetier hotel chocolate machine… OH WOW. 10 syns & SO GOOD 🤤😍
Also, managed to hit 10k+ steps which is always a win! 🥳

✨ DINNER – Jacket potato with a creamy mushroom sauce:
Jacket potato seasoned and fry lighted, placed in the oven. The creamy sauce was made ing chloecountscals recipe (was so good & 1 HEXA) & I served it with speedy veg on the side! Completely syn free.

This evening, I will have a herbal night tea & maybe some berries & natural fat free yoghurt, only if i fancy it later on! Ending my day on 15 syns, that chocolate late was dangerously good 😍 If this was at all helpful, please comment & like so I know to do them more often! 🥰 Take care guys, iz x
